Overall the staff was wonderful and I felt like all my concerns were taken seriously and addressed. I've had an optometrist dismissive of them in the past because I'm 'too young to have that issue', but Dr. Nguyen clearly explained a treatment plan with multiple over the counter options to try first. This place has mostly indie, luxury brand frames. They are very expensive and the staff knows it and they are not pushy about getting glasses there at all. I was pleased to learn that they will put lenses in frames you bring in as well. The staff was very upfront about costs and gladly gave me a broken down quote for lenses. I had no issues getting a copy of my prescription or PD reading unlike other offices which you have to fight tooth and nail for. I’m so happy I found this shop, everyone I have dealt with has been amazing and so friendly. Dr Okeefe was so knowledgeable & accommodating. I’m disappointed she is retiring. Jade was super doing all my tests. Then enjoyed working with Jessica to get my glasses adjusted just right. She had a great attention to detail. It’s worth the 4 hour round trip. I had an eye infection and I was afraid that my eye was damaged and I went to see the doctor here and she was wonderful and she always is upbeat and cares for her patients. I told her all my insecurities about having my eyes change and the issues with putting things in my eyes anything that was hindering my progress for caring for my eyes and wear my glasses for the first time and she made everything easy and even gave me coupons to use to keep everything within my budget. Please just go and try C Distinctive Eyecare and you will make them your eye doctor forever.
